EARLEY+DAUGHTERS is committed to being an eco-friendly business and having a positive impact on the planet. We've even won an award for our efforts! All our candles are made by hand from start to finish, and are poured in incredibly small batches to ensure the quality is second to none, but also to ensure there is no waste. Our products are plastic free and made with the best quality materials, all sourced from other British, family run, eco-friendly companies, and are poured into recycled glass and highly sought after mid century pottery vessels.
We believe that sustainability and luxury should go hand in hand, and are incredibly passionate about creating beautiful products that don’t compromise on environmental responsibility.

The soy wax we use is 100% sustainably grown, biodegradable and non toxic.

Our fragrance blends are made from ethically sourced essential oils and perfume oils that are cruelty free and cosmetic grade.

We keep our packaging simple to minimise waste. Candles are wrapped in brown Kraft paper and placed in FSC certified cardboard postal boxes amongst biodegradable packing peanuts. If your candle is a gift you can opt to upgrade to a hand stamped organic cotton pouch for an additional £2.

Our amber glass jars are sourced from a British, family run company. They are made in the UK, and are both recycled and recyclable.

Our lids are made from aluminium which is infinitely recyclable.

Our labels are FSC certified and recyclable and the adhesive used is biodegradable.
We actively encourage you to recycle or reuse your vessel if you can. Our amber jars make great storage jars and our upcycled vintage vessels can be used for their original purpose once you have finished your candle. To remove the remaining wax, pour boiling water into the vessel and leave it to cool completely. The wax will rise to the top and you will be able to pop it out easily. In true zero waste fashion, you can then break up the remaining wax and use it in a wax melt burner,
