Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days, unless next day delivery is chosen at checkout.

 

We use Royal Mail and our shipping costs are as follows: 

 

Standard delivery £4.90 (free for orders over £50) 

Next day delivery (weekdays) £8.95

Next day delivery (Saturdays) £13.95

Next day deliveries must be placed before midday.

 

We only deliver to the UK at present.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

We really hope you love our candles, but we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All candles must be unused and returned with all original packaging, and we do not pay for return postage. Please email us to confirm your return and allow 15 working days from receipt of your returned parcel for a refund to be processed. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

 

If you aren't satisfied with your candle, please let us know and we will do our best to fix it.

DISCOUNT FOR RECYCLING

As you know we are huge advocates for recycling. If you are able to return your used EARLEY+DAUGHTERS candle vessels to us we will be very happy to give you 10% off your next candle purchase. These can be posted to us at your expense, or returned to us at one of our markets. Upcoming events are listed on our 'Fairs + Markets' page.
