Introducing our newest batch of beautiful mid century candles.

These little stoneware wine cups were handcrafted by Tremar Pottery, a Cornish studio founded by Roger and Doreen Birkett in the early 1960s. From their little workshop near Liskeard, they created these rustic, Celtic-inspired pottery pieces, with their gorgeous matte glazes and earthy tones.

These candles are approximately 7cm high with a diameter of 5.5cm and are roughly 130g which is a burn time of 25 hours. These pots are hand thrown and, as you will see from the photos, no two are the same so please bear this in mind when ordering! They are filled with our popular 'dusk' fragrance - rich and warm, with damask rose, smoky oud wood and a hint of praline - perfect to light at this time of year!
 
As is the case with all our vintage range, every candle is presented in a hand stamped, organic cotton pouch, and once you’ve finished burning your candle you can use it for its original purpose once again.
